I greet you,

I have a Jura Impressa Z5, I am also very satisfied.
Everything works as it should, but I have noticed for some time that a buzzing after the coffee preparation gets louder and louder. In the beginning it was barely audible, but now it bothers me because it is really loud.

I recorded it once. It can be heard directly after the coffee has been prepared.

Say goodbye to the electric motor that controls the position of the brewing group?

>I am very grateful for tips!

love greetings

There the brewing unit could be revised, then it runs better and easier again... but it doesn't sound threatening yet the whole thing...

I guess he's referring more to the solenoid that opens the drainage valve. Also often referred to as a magnetic switch. He's really buzzing loud.

The brewing group is hardly audible, or am I wrong?

I've observed this once, the loud "hum" occurs every 14/15 times...
Ab and you can't hear it...

I once had a comparison video which I recorded some time ago (which is a coincidence biggrin.gif )

Is much quieter in any case...

I want to prevent and avoid a defect.

Thank you very much for once!

Yep. Almost inaudible. This is the 50Hz oscillation of the solenoid coil...

Names itself: Solenoid for Jura drainage valve 230V with the art. no.: 66767

Whether you can leave it in for the rest of your life? I don't know, I don't know. I'd have it swapped, too, just in case. Will definitely be broken at some point anyway :-)

When you screw on the machine yourself, you can see if the solenoid coil hits anything or something touches the coil and transmits the vibrations to the housing.

Hello the 50Hz will stay also with ener new coil, that's fact, unless due hates a new 100HZ network built into your house/apartment.
check how Dancemen already wrote.

I also didn't know at all that our power supply is operated at 100 Hz.
Our "universal genius" was there again in "I write again many contributionsobohlichnoahung" mode.
Maybe he has a 100Hz television. laugh.gif

Rudi the 100HZ net was a so-called "joke" but it doesn't matter now. Hahahaha
