Two years old and regularly descaled but now producing lukewarm coffee. Has anyone had a similar issue? And, more important, did you find a resolution? Thanks

According to the operating instructions, it looks like the Delonghi interior.
There will be a defective heating loop on the heater.
Open machine and put a picture here.
