Good evening!
My 9757 now gets out after 4 years - Error 3 is permanently shown in the display; however, I cannot get any further with the sparse information from the operating instructions and the customer service refuses (as expected) any information about the device.
The disassembly is a very big challenge: in the meantime I managed to remove the toothed outer housing parts without destroying them, but now I fail because of the bean box, which prevents the removal of the upper cover: I have removed the two screws, but the bean funnel cannot be removed as long as the rotating feed wheel (?) to the grinder is stuck there. Is there a trick or further construction drawings that could make my way here easier?
The error is still unclear to me: the two heating elements show resistance (approx. 40 Ohm - normal), but massive moisture has formed under the thermal insulation - maybe a continuous flow heater is leaking?! But this can only be analyzed more precisely when the top cover is removed.
I would be extremely grateful for any help here!
