WIK Cam 50 ( identical AEG )good or not?



in family we had 2 WIK Cam 50 ( identical AEG ) in operation.
That the brewing group ( ejection tray more and more wet )had to be overhauled after two years, was to be seen ( I was able to do it myself )
Now recently my son, then half a year later my defect has gone.
After research probably sled is broken from brewing group transport.
In both cases the people of WIK do not come out with the mistake !

And so WITHOUT plan to repair was too dangerous for me.

Repair costs about € 100.- net/gross, they have not said.
With repair and transport costs there and back I expect there times fast about.
€ 140.-

Is someone in the forum who has already done something like this.

After only less than 3 years machine defective?
not exactly reliable for me as quality and trustworthy!

Who has experience with other machines that last longer?

WIK ( AEG ) does not come into my house anymore after this experience.

This is unfortunately a known error, which in my opinion is caused by an undersized component.
This part alone costs about 10 Euro. Unfortunately, most of the time the water sled will break, which causes material costs of 25 - 40 Euro in total...

The WIK Cam 50 is nearly identical to the AEG CF 2xx and AEG Electrolux CP 2xxx series. For these machines this bug has already been discussed several times and in detail here in the forum - so just search under AEG

The distributors should engage themselves a little better with customers.
Today you only get into the favor of buyers with good service,
otherwise it goes down faster than you think! have 25 years of experience with something like this due to my independence.
