Caffeo CI hangs in the descaling program

Hello all,

my Caffeo CI unfortunately hangs in the descaling program and constantly shows *empty tray and container*.

After a restart, only descaling program abort is displayed until you press the ok button, then it hangs again in the same place and no longer responds to anything.

Is there a way to soft reset or other options?

I just found out that only the contact of the shell was hanging, so the machine did not notice the take out wink.gif

So problem is solved.
