Jura Impressa C5 does not work properly

Does the machine do exactly the same without the pomace container inserted (insert everything else)?

I just tried it, and the machine does the same.
Switching on and off is only possible via cable.

Do you have the PDF instruction about it ? We gave the machine to me so I do not have any documentation.
And do you know where is it possible to buy the spare parts ?
