Hi, my Jura Impressa S9 has a leaky brass screw connection on the steam heater.

I have already replaced the pressure line, but the brass screw connection on the heater still leaks.

Is there a possibility how I can seal or replace this screw connection? The nut cannot simply be pulled over the mouthpiece.

(If I wanted to install a new screw connection here, would I first have to remove the old one and then squeeze on the new brass piece)?

Best regards

So there is no possibility of readjustment for this kind of connections

You
can either replace it with a new hose and hope that it will seal sufficiently, or
use
a new
thermoblock with plastic valves which can be replaced more easily
,
or you can buy new brass fittings, cut off the old ones and try to press the fittings into place to restore the seal
.
