Problems throwing out a coffee powder

Hello everyone
,My friend got a cheap Krups EA 8150 on eBay. Unfortunately, this one always causes problems and the coffee pad does not throw it out in the end. The weight that pushes the coffee down goes up, but the coffee pad always stays down. If you wet the pad and loosen it, it will work the next time. Can
