Jura E6 - Coffee preparation sometimes this way and sometimes differently

Hello everyone,

my E6 is just 1,5 years old. For a few weeks now, it has been acting strangely when I select a coffee/espresso. The normal cycle would be:

1. grind coffee2.
brew3
. "clean" (eject pulp)

More often (especially when the machine has not been started directly and has just prepared a coffee) it runs like this:

1. clean
1




. grind




coffee2






.







brew3
































. Clean

But the E6 only does this sometimes - sometimes the brewing cycle goes through normally

.



What could be the reason for this, does anyone have any ideas?
