I have the exact same problem and I have tried to figure out what you did to solve it. was it the Big red O-ring in the brewing Unit or was it the top one in the machine? Could you post a picture of it?

I have the eq 9 Connect from Siemens, also came no coffee from the spout..water yes, then have the Teflon hose on the brewing unit ( which had full the bend that did not go out) replaced by a pressure hose ( repair kit ordered on the internet) in the one nozzle was white dirt, from the milk foam I think but she still did not go, did not let me rest..have then researched, someone wrote 2-3 times with increased dose decalcify and lo and behold? It runs again????
So I have saved a lot of money ????
