Drain valve replaced, KV does not work

I have a problem and hope someone can help me.
After I changed the drainage valve in my Nivona 831 the coffee runs into the drip tray!
What can I have done wrong? Must the driver also be corrected??

Either you fixed the wrong thing or you mounted it wrong.

so before "only" a part of the coffee ran into the drip tray. So I did some research on the internet and the suggested solution was to replace the drainage valve.
In my opinion, I replaced the valve correctly, but I don't know if anything else is to blame?!
What else could it be? How can I tell if the valve is working properly?

You should disassemble everything again and reassemble it exactly according to the instructions..

I'm pretty sure it's a mounting error...do you have a manual..?

If not, you can also take the manual for the Siemens S series... which is similar

Thank you for your answer. I have instructions. The only difference is that the model I have does not require disassembly, but after removing the brewing unit you can loosen 5 Torx screws and replace the valve. I mean, I managed that, too. However, the instruction also refers to the position of the driver. Unfortunately I couldn't control that because I can't see the position.
I will disassemble the machine again on the weekend according to the instructions and get back to you again.

I probably have the same problem. Nivona CR830. I changed the drainage valve, the driver is perpendicular to the drainage valve, just like on the pictures of the manual. When rinsing and making coffee, everything runs into the bowl, not a drop goes into the cup. What else should I do?
