ESAM Grinding time

Hello, have an esam .
The motor of my grinder was defective, winding burned out. I have installed a complete used grinder. Now the machine grinds much too much coffee, about a cup full with very mild aroma. What goes wrong here? Do I have to teach the grinder
?

You don't have to learn it, the grinding time is regulated automatically by the electronics of the machine.
But you have to
adjust
the grinding time
.

And if you have the same position as your old grinder, your replacement grinder may not have the correct basic position

.
