My Siena 1 machine makes a ‘clunk’ noise

Can I get a new grinder for Siena 1?
My wonderful machine has stopped working. It made a big ‘clunk’ noise when I pressed the button for coffee and did not grind. Is it possible to get a new grinder?
I love this machine so much, I can’t bear not to have it. I am in London.
