milk foam

hello
maybe somebody can help me.
had bought a gaggia titanium silver at used. unfortunately the milk foam tastes and smells like soap. the machine has already decalcified but does not help.

Get the milk and milk foam pathways thoroughly cleaned with the appropriate cleaner?

Or you draw steam and hot water several times. Perhaps the previous owner also thought he had to throw a cleaning stick into the water tank to clean the milk/steam system. "Experts" are always there.
