Hello everyone,

After cleaning my Siemens EQ500, I suddenly found a metal spring on the kitchen table - which in my opinion can only come from the machine. Unfortunately, I have not found a suitable place in/on the brewing unit... Does anyone have any idea where this metal spring belongs?

Did you disassemble the brewing unit? There is a spring in the brewing unit that looks something like this. Unfortunately, the picture is quite blurred.

It comes from what looks like a pressure release point in the back of the flip out section (looks like a cats bum hole). twist to the left and thrvspring gos inside
