Melitta Caffeo CI hangs in descaling program

Hello, maybe someone can help me. My Melitta CI, year 2015, hangs in the decalcifying program and has two dripping spots. When the appliance is switched on, decalcification is stopped and then the appliance flushes. After rinsing, system start stands and so it goes all the time without end. Flowmeter swapped didn't work. Now it drips at the bottom of the ceramic valve and at the top of a hose. Anybody got an idea?

Mine just started doing this today. I was descaling, it didn’t finish and now stuck most of the way along the system start line and hasn’t rinsed. Did you find a solution??
