Melitta ci coffee to drip tray

Hi, my melitta ci has problems today.
1. The machine shows : cleaning needed. I run the easy cleaning, rinsing, easy cleaning, but still the sign appear on the screen.
2. The coffee flows into the drip tray. Which parts have problems or need to replace, can anyone show me by photo?
