Gaggia Platinum Swing, coffee dispenser

at the first coffee very slowly

With my Gaggia since the last decalcification (3 weeks ago) the first coffee issue is very slow with little water, small cup approx. 4 minutes.
From the second cup everything is ok again.
In addition there is always a lot of water in the drip container and the coffee set is also mixed with a lot of water.
Does anyone know the mistake and what to do about it? Repair, cleaning...????
