Error Message too much coffee powder

Hello I get almost daily - too much coffee powder - message and the machine doesn't make my espresso either...Then I have to print on espresso once more and everything is ok. You normally hear the machine grinding and then coffee should come out normally but I get this strange message and the process is aborted? What's going on there????mellow.gif

It's the same with me.

Every now and then the message "too much coffee powder".

It's already been checked by a specialist dealer.

Problem is still there.
I have now replaced BG, but still the
problem.

Automat is 4 years old.
