Hello all,

It was the same for me. Always nicely cleaned and suddenly no more milk foam. I wrote to customer service. I should decalcify the container separately, but it has brought nothing.

I have ordered due to a video regarding cleaning of the fully automatic "milk hose brushes" and thus completely cleaned everything in the lid and also the hose of the milk container again.

It is again a perfect milk foam.
