Coffee dispensing and rinsing only works drip by drip

When the machine is supposed to rinse or make coffee. It makes a tortured noise and takes longer than usual, see video.
Drain valve and outlet valve have been replaced. I have also tried a different brew group. And cleaned the hose from the coffee inlet.
It draws hot water normally, so I exclude the pump.
I hope someone can help me. I'm getting desperate.

Hello, the hot water path is the path of least resistance. If the water has to run through the brewing unit, it will become stubborn.
A new pump could rectify the fault. From 23€ in the bay. Sysko HP4 the model.
