Problem: Incanto Rondo Plus does not make foam

Hello together,

I have had a Saeco Incanto Rondo Plus (with SBS) for 2 months now and my milk frother doesn't want it the way I want it any more sad.gif
It's a two-circle system. When the steam is turned on, it escapes with very little pressure, but when I vent it afterwards so that I can release hot water, a lot of steam comes out.
Is anyone familiar with this and can tell me why before I nerve my dealer with it?
