Hello together,

I have a problem with my Clatronic KAV 2936.

>The coffee beans are ground and then slide into the tray next to it, however they don't fall into the brewing group.
As far as I can fire the brewing, the clamp that opens the small "trap door" is broken, whereby the coffee powder gets into the brewing group.
However, this bracket is difficult to solve and readjust due to its design.
has anyone experienced this problem and can tell me where to get this bracket and how to use it?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

the clamp is torn out of the holder on one side and since the construction is very difficult to reach and you can't see anything, I don't know how to use the clamp again. I guess you would have to remove the clathrate folding function.
Has anyone had experience with such a defect and would know where to get a new clamp or get it repaired at a reasonable price?

Thanks

Hello Peavey !
Have you unscrewed the KVA
Why do you see the clamp pulled out.
Or do you mean the wire end

Opens the flap in the brewing chamber below the coffee flap???? and does the coffee powder fall in the brewing chamber,
or does it stay in the coffee flap.

Hello hobbyist,

it is the wire end in the brewing chamber, which should open the flap. The flap does not open and the coffee does not fall into the brewing group either.

Hello Peavey !
I don't believe what's wrong with the clamp.
The end of the wire in the brewing chamber is correct and should open the flap.
Try pushing up the pin with the spring in the brewing chamber.
Then the flap should open and you can see if it's stuck.
I had the problem like you and it worked again after a
coffee cover with coffee powder.
Take out the brewing group and switch Kva on and off.
Then adjust the brewing group according to the operating instructions on page 11,12
Important when using the brewing group the drive shaft of the brewing group
The spindle under the brewing group must fit on the drive shaft in the brewing chamber
in the middle on the floor. Below and above like a cross.
Hoffe that is reasonably understandable. Have a look at the pin in
of the brewing group to see if something broke off from the plastic

We wish you a lot of success!
