HWD does not go Clatronic KAV 2936

Hello,
need help as soon as possible.
The hot water switch on my coffee machine is without function.
Wanted to decalcify my coffee machine this morning, turn the button on the HWD nozzle and it didn't come, now I took the coffee machine apart and still can't get to this stupid nozzle. Can someone please help me...

The forums all look the same whether now here or in another one plays nevertheless no role or ?
