AEG CF 80

Hello to all experts and AEG/Jura machine experts,

As the title says, I have an AEG CF 80. Unfortunately the machine has been on strike for one week at the worst possible time.
The problem is that water runs directly into the drip tray through the drainage valve during the rinsing process. Sometimes you can enjoy a cup of coffee as usual without the water running through the drainage valve.
is jamand aware of the problem? Thank you, thank you.

As you have already recognized correctly, your drainage valve is just saying goodbye. Probably tappet broken, gasket defective, or similar. You can replace the DV completely right away, the new models also have a metal cap for longer durability. Otherwise disassemble DV, find the culprit, order spare part separately. Fiddling around.
