Hello everyoneBin
new here in the forum and also "new" in the topic coffee machine. About 3 weeks ago I bought the Jura E8. My first machine. Leg theme decalcify said the seller that is reserved for everyone themselves. Claris Smart filter cartridges are used by many because they are easy to use and decalcifying makes many people feel safer. The net here is also two split, one say with cartridge and for safety decalcify again and so on. I'm going to use the Claris cartridge and now my question: decalcify or cartridge? Should one take the Jura decalcifying tablets or go to some other manufacturers.
It's
also a question of cost
.

We have 23 here, so we have to put on a helmet in the shower

.

Program Jura without filter and decalcify the machine more often. Filter doesn't filter out everything, coffee doesn't taste good for many people anymore. It's expensive for you, too. For decalcifying there are cheap decalcifiers in the bay.

There are various decalcifiers based on amidusolonic acid. (Eilfix in powder form, Durgol is liquid)
I always get SHB Swiss Lime Clean Descaler.
Available in
1l, 3l, 5l and 10l
containers.

I've had good experiences with him.

You don'

t have to dissolve it in water

.

As Almaty wrote, filter out. After prolonged use of the filter, the hoses in the machine no longer look delicious.

Hello Almaty, Hello SchlawiFor the first time,
thanks for the super-fast answer. I just bought Durogol (3 vials). Because the filter wanted to be changed. The electronics market had no SHB Swiss Kalk Clean. If, as Schlawi says, this descaler is also good, I will take this one is cheap. Now I have to see how I change the Jura E 8 to decalcify
.

Thanks again

to all of you.

Maybe another question about cleaning the "milk foam system" is not enough: dishwasher detergent! greetings Gerhard

Enough. But you have to use cold water, because with warm water the proteins of the milk will stop.

Hello everyoneWent to
order now to decalcify SHB Swiss lime. But there are
2 different products.

Once SHB Swiss Lime and SHB Swiss Lime Clean Premium Special Descaler. Better the "Premium" or the "Normal".

Hello everyoneI
have now been using the SHB Swiss Kalk Clean descaler for 1-2 years. So far no problems. Small question I dose 100 ml SHB Swiss Kalk Clean on 500 ml water. I was told that this is too strong. The correct dosage would be 100 ml SHB Swiss Kalk Clean to one litre of water. Have I made a mistake and does that harm my Jura E8?

I would better recommend the ceragol Premium Descaler with a dosage of 100ml per 1 liter of water (depending on the manufacturer's specifications / descaling program). So there are aufjedenfall no problems.
