Incorrect setting of the amount of coffee

I need help please timesWe
got us a Melitta CI Touch and have it now less than 2 weeks. I have set the amount of latte macchiato individually (220ml milk / 130ml coffee). Every few times it makes not the reference I have set, but the reference from the factory setting (the reference afterwards is again the one I set). what could be the problem?
