Hello,
with my automat the power electronics said goodbye shortly after switching on with a "Peng". The machine could no longer be switched on. So I took them apart: On the circuit board of the power electronics, the chip U5 (at the yellow coil) is literally blown up, I can't recognize any component name anymore. Can anyone help me?

Here is a picture (it is the circuit at the top right of the picture, above the yellow coil)

That must be a TNY280PN. But also check the 2 diodes with a multimeter. And change the big electrolytic capacitor, too. There is a danger that a new chip will also be crashed.

Hello cervical spine,

many, many thanks! It is definitely worth a try. Although, of course, it is obvious that the circuit-breaker will not simply "go up". I'll order the parts and try them out.

So, a short feedback:
I exchanged the defective part and the electrolytic capacitor (approx. 2,20 EUR + 0,99 EUR + postage, reichelt.de). Diodes were fine. The whole board would have cost about 179,- EUR!
ES FUNKTIONIERT WIEDER! Many thanks for that!

Thanks for sharing this guy's. I have the same problem. The power regulator broke exactly the same way like yours. I just ordered the regulator and the capacitor at Reichelt.

I hope it works out the way it did for you. I'll get back with the result.

Yesterday I replaced both regulator and capacitor and the machine is working again. Thank you very much, this saved me a lot of money.

I have the same problem.
Can you tell me the exact designation of the parts so that I can order them.
Thank you in advance.

Moin,

I have the same problem. However, with me F2 is additionally stewed away. I'd trade the varistor, too. I just don't know if F2 is just the trace... Does the picture above at least look like it or is there something on the back?

Would be great if someone else had info.

Hello,

I also burned down F2 and it looks like it took the varistor CNR14D341K apart. In
addition, the same error image as on the photo with the
defective controller.

Can anyone

say

anything else about the

fuse? Thank you. I'll take care of it.

Hello,

F2 looks like an automatic thermal overload fuse... actually there should be a value on it.

However, these fuses react with a delay... if they are completely without function, you have to desolder them anyway and replace them...

The exact name for this type of fuse is "Poly Switch" or "Resetting Fuse".

For the correct size of the backup, a comparison specification would have to be found on the old backup.
