Caffeo Barista does not produce espresso

My Caffeo Barista does not make espresso but it does make (very special) cappuccino. I would like to look at the inside but am afraid of damaging the plastic housing if I do so without a manual. Does anyone have a manual that shows me how to disassemble the housing?

On komtra.de I have seen one. But is easy, even without instructions - all screws on the back out, 2 down on the front down, then tank out and with the help of a screwdriver clip out the lid upwards (press into the slots with the screwdriver).
