Open the menu via the button with the same name in the right corner of the control panel. ...
Now the service menu opens and you can scroll with the arrow key until you find the menu item factory reset. ...
After confirmation, the machine performs the reset and deletes all saved settings. biggrin.gif:D

After inserting it, it immediately went into the rinse process because the error occurred with me in the descaling program. Have immediately performed a complete descaling (Calc'nClean), inserted the water filter and now it is (oh miracle) functional again. Got the same error. I even called the service department and made an appointment to pick it up. I just put a descaling tablet in the water tank now. And it works again wuhuuu )

The tip has also worked great for me.

I just bought the EG 500 Integral. Straight after switching the machine on I get the error to refill with still water or change the filter. The machine didn't come with a filter. I can't get past this step to do anything further. I turned on without the water tank, received a message to put it in, which I did. Its starts running but then the error message comes again.

Any ideas?

Same here. New EQ6, when installing tank id draws water for a while but directly to disposal tank, can seem to make it go through as it suppose to. I tried to calc clean but as the effect it always stuck a this program and I cannot do anything else...

Wonder if I have to return this or this is fixable.

Hello, my mother had the same problem, I tried everything without disassembling it so decalcify clean etc. and it then but times opened, there I saw a transparent tube when looking closely, this was kinked. I removed it and shortened about 1 cm so that the kink is out. I reassembled everything and everything worked fine. I hope I can help you with it. LG

it may also be the flowmeter. With me, this happened now already 2x. First everything else unnecessarily replaced and in the end it was the flowmeter. Which is therefore quick to fix.
