Moin,

looking for help, I have now landed with you and would appreciate help.

Our Miele CVA 6805 has been producing hot steam instead of milk foam in all programs where milk is involved.

We always perform all maintenance services according to instructions, unfortunately Miele could not help us by phone.

I have no problem opening the back of the door, if that would help troubleshooting....

Descaling can help, use water with little lime if necessary
