Hello together,

we are getting a Gaggia Titanium and I would like to ask if any of you have any experience with which coffee is particularly suitable for the machine.

We like strong but not bitter espresso and cappuccino with a nice and firm crema.

You're asking me of all people.
You can chase me with all the usual mixtures, a 100% Arabica flies out of the race with me, I have had too many mild and cuddly experiences. In a real coffee belongs also Robusta and then it should be roasted for a really long time, not this short industrial roast.
