hello together,
we bought a xp 9000 after a long consideration. unfortunately i already have the first problem.
the settings and everything ran smoothly.
but the steam nozzle cannot be completely lowered. the slider where you can adjust it can only be pushed about to the middle.
had anyone ever had this problem, and has for me a solution for this problem?
the customer service of krups I reach earliest monday morning...
