Loud crack / loud bang in DeLonghi Dinamica

Dear Forum,

I disassembled the brewing unit of my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus ECAM370.95.T today, greased it, reassembled it and now there is an additional loud "crack-crack" (sounds worse in real life than on the video):

(relevant from 00:14)

I have already followed the tips on "cracking" in the forum (grease again, tighten screws, etc.).
Does anyone have a saving idea?

Problem found. Unfortunately, I broke off the small plastic pin inside the piston when assembling.

Otherwise, it's all fully functional and a great spare. Therefore TO GIVE AWAY (post via eBay classifieds; I'll keep the ad active until the thing is given away):
