Siemens EQ.9

who knows, with which key combination I get into the service menu of this machine !

I would like to know if it is possible to set the number of pomace to
sieben, otherwise the container is always too full.
Also I would be interested if I could also read the amount
of the water run through so far (with DeLonghi
that was possible).

Siemens EQ.9 - Technician menu

I know the machine is still on the market for so long, it's a shame that
until nobody knows about it.
For the predecessors there is information how to get into the service or technician menu
, but they are of no use to me.
I don't have the courage to try all combinations, I think that
shouldn't be done by anyone else.

The Siemens company can't or won't help, they just say that the message
to empty comes after 12 references. Then the company Siemens has at
self probably small helpers in the machine sit which pay attention to proper falling
of the marc. When the message comes to me, everything
what is too much pushes into the rear shells and after pulling out then
a part still lies in the bottom of the machine.

I'll report in here once in a while. I have EQ.9 and couldn't find anything yet. there shouldn't be anyone who knows about it. So far I could only find something up to EQ.8.

It works for me exactly, much worse is that after 12 covers (e.g. single covers), the drip tray is overfilled with water. Flooding under MAschine. Meanwhile we put a cup under it to collect the rinsing water, there is no permanent condition at the price of a machine, Unfortunately no answer from Siemens...

In such a case, I would return the machine and claim the money back. It is certainly a faulty design from Siemens for these machines of the latest series. EQ 7 was still quite good compared to EQ 9.

Hello together,
I would like to join you and also look for a solution to lower the cup counter for the marc container. So far I couldn't find anything.
Up to now I observe the cup counter in the info area and then empty the container after about 7 - 8 cups, and then it's already full.
Maybe there is someone who knows about it.

Hello,
Beverages Info ... Press the i button and turn the knob until the desired option is reached. (see also manual page 11)
I always remember the total number of cups after switching on then I know after a certain time how many cups I have made.

Dear guests, I decided to write something about Siemens BSH here.

Something that was developed at Siemens or BSH, whether it is programs or something like that, like here again and again asked manual for the software, in order to change the grape marc references.





Won't there ever be[FONT=Impact][SIZE=14]

[FONT=Arial][SIZE=7]
Except someone finds a way into this menu, I think the EQ9 series doesn't have a service menu that has shortcut keys.

Hello Chris,

You know or suspect that EQ.9 has no combination to get into the service menu. Then I would not be able to run the grinder backwards because something got stuck in it. Then there would only be the possibility to get access via service interface. Then why didn't BSH install a USB port right away, then the customer could at least correct their error with an update.

Hello,

right customer-friendly is also the Siemens service today no longer. They want to sell as many new machines as possible. Even if the new device is expensive, this does not mean that the service is better for it.

Well, I guess so, because since gray time this topic is discussed again and again in nearly all forums, the great search for the holy grail runs into emptiness.
There are certainly on these pages Siemens/Bosch Agents who read along but write nothing about it.

Now these are assumptions, but are very obvious.
Who wants to be taken the butter from the bread today.
With the EQ7 the interface was accommodated in front under a tiny cover.

Why please a customer at the software should have to doctors around?
