The hot brewing water flows directly into drip tray

Hello everyone!
I am attached to my CF220 because it has always served me well so far. But recently, water has stopped running through the brew group. In my research, I found that the brewing water inlet recedes in front of the brew group when I slide it in. Surely the brew group should make firm contact with the water inlet when it is pushed in - or is it only pressed on when it is switched on? The white connecting hook is engaged on the (white) brew group slider. However, there is still a gap between the brew group inlet and the hot water inlet. What seems odd to me is that the hot water inlet can be pushed forward or back about 2 cm when the BG is removed. Is there something broken here? Can this be repaired?
