No flushing when switching off eq9 s500

Hi all,

New quirk on our eq9 S500

machine runs flawlessly, but when you turn it on it no longer rinses when you turn it off .
Even if it switches itself off no more rinsing takes place, display goes off and ready ?

Anyone an idea ?
