No longer dispenses milk

Good morning I have problems with the lattissima one bought at Christmas.
Always kept clean in all its parts came the time of decalcification.
Done the decalcification after 2 days the machine has stopped making milk.
The coffee comes out regularly, while as I put the milk in the frother the machine turns on all the lights and stops!
What happens? Who can help me?

My kids for Christmas gave me a nespresso lattissima one after 5 days the milk on comes out anymore, can anyone help me please
