Ecam 13.123.b resetten

Hello,
I have a problem with the machine, which is why I registered here and hope you can help me.
About the problem:
The machine is an Ecam 13.123.B, 2021 bought at Lidl. A few days ago, the coffee came only drop by drop in the cup. Cause air in the system. I have fixed that.
Yesterday then the error that it has prepared not only two or one cup but continued to run until the tank was empty or one has manually canceled.
I looked how to reset the machine, found thousands of ape handles but none worked.

Except for one and it made the machine unusable. I held on/off and 1 espresso cup, I marked in red on the photo.
Now only the on/off button is lit and the steam button is flashing.
When I turn the dial, marked in yellow, the pump pumps the tank empty. Either through the milk frother or the coffee outlet.
She no longer does.

Hello Sascha, if your problem still exists, the following suggestion: We have an ESAM 3240 Magnifica, since the reset goes as follows: Switch off the machine, pull the power plug, then simultaneously press the 3 buttons for on/off, one cup, two cups and plug the plug back in, then all three upper lights flash with us, then release all buttons, then the machine resets. Try it, maybe it will work on your machine. I only use the control knob (highlighted in yellow) for descaling, as the water tank is completely emptied after several descaling cycles (approx. 30 minutes).
