Milk frother defective

The milk frother on our Nivona Romantica stopped working. After calling customer service, we received a box to send the machine in. After about four weeks, we received an email with the information that the machine was repaired and on its way back to us. We received a completely overhauled machine at no charge even though there was no warranty left. We were very pleased and say thank you very much! Great service!
