Machine has stopped

Good morning,

today my machine stopped during the reference, can not be switched off or anything else...the brew group can not be removed...I suspect that after the coffee was dispensed, the machine has somehow jammed / hung up when ejecting the pomace....because of this, removing the brew group is also not possible....

Can anyone please give me some advice???
