Grinder defective?

Hello, I come today with a call for help, because my Gaggia Titanium no longer grinds beans. The bean container is empty in the display but it is full. The grinder runs and runs but no beans are ground. Powdered coffee is normal. Do I have to get a new grinder completely?

If the grinder is running, it is not defective, but probably clogged. You should disassemble it and clean it thoroughly, you will find instructions on the net. The Gaggia Titanium is largely identical in construction to the Saeco Incanto...

okay, first of all thank you very much for the answer, I'll give it a try, I took the bean container apart and cleaned it thoroughly but I haven't done anything else yet. Tomorrow it goes on!
