Necta Koro message select not possible

First a hello to all
, I have a Necta Koro ES with a 3.5l water tank.
The machine starts up normally, wants to confirm the boiler
and then brings the message Select product normally.
So far everything is normal. If you then select something comes the messageDialing
not possible.
but if you select hot water that works.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
