Hello, I have the problem that when making a latte, the milk was foamed, but no more coffee came. Sounded like dsa device was about to burst. Like something was clogged. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I was trying to brew the coffee with powder. Then the machine jumped into "system start". When the program is running, water comes out of the hot water nozzle. There was wet grounds in the grounds container at the bottom and dry powder on top. There was hardly any water underneath (may well be from rinsing out the brew group). We found that we had set the lime level too soft.
Of course, the warranty has already expired.
What should I do now?
