Hello together,

I have a Jura F70 with which I am very happy. Now I unfortunately have the following problem - The automat does what it wants!

When I press big cup, a small cup comes, even without touching the touchscreen field it began to pour me a cup, only good that I could still push a cup in time.

So, who of you can help me, I would be very happy about any tip.

Many greetings,
Thomas

Is a known problem of the first series. It's electrostatic charging. Try wiping it off with a damp cloth when the machine is switched off. If this happens more often, we recommend replacing the touch field.

Hello. we have a similar problem, where the F70 only powder coffee works fine, pressing start to brew a ground coffee is only possible with luck, patience or whatever. Has the control unit been replaced and has this led to the desired success?

How does the machine behave during a reference test with grinding mechanism?

nothing actually happens, all other keys react, like big cup or mild etc, but at start the F70 doesn't react from überhupt to lucky. There's no limit to powdered coffee, everything's top.

OK, definitely sounds like a touch panel.
