ECAM 26.455 No milk foam and no steam

Hello all,

I'm new here and hoping for some help with my ECAM 26.455 we got the machine from grandparents as it was hardly used, they prefer to drink filter coffee tongue.gif

The joy was quite big but then came the horror when I wanted to prepare my capuccino: You can hear the pump (I think), it sounds quite like it is trying to make milk foam but nothing happens until I cancel the program. Exactly the same with steam however I can get coffee and hot water without any problems. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
