unscrewed , strainer cleaned , screwed together after cleaning the brewing unit inserted and now comes no rinse water and also no more coffee?
knows anyone?
Device is 5 years old!

Where does the water run to? Lip seal installed the right way round?

it runs somewhere out of the BE and then down into the tester bowl.
the coffee has the same path
but nothing comes out at the front

have also disassembled the spout and put back together .
nothing new !

have again taken everything apart according to instructions Youtube and have the missing part in the old coffee grounds searched and found (the rubber that closes the hole at the crema valve) all assembled and goes again everything.
