Hello dear coffee friends!
I found a Bolg on the internet that deals with roasting coffee over wood fire. Sounds interesting, has anyone ever drunk such coffee and is this really different? I
look forward to your answers.
Love greetings amueller

Hello amueller,
Well, whether the coffee roasted over wood fire tastes different. I'm a real coffee holicer and a gourmet. I get my coffee from https://cocuma.ch/ . Not only because the coffee tastes super good but also because this small wood-fired roasting plant is very responsible with people and the environment. I also find it convenient that you can buy a coffee subscription at Cocuma so that I automatically get my favorite taste of handmade coffee delivered. So I can only recommend it to you, try the different coffees and tell me what your favourite taste is!

Is this just as much a science or religious war as barbecuing with charcoal or gas?
I once learned with a coffee roaster that a constant roasting temperature is important for a good result, I can imagine with a wood fire difficult. The
experience of the roaster then decides on the rest.
