Hello, maybe someone can help me here?
We have bought a DeLonghi 2200S Venezia in 2011.
Were very satisfied so far.
Since a few days the machine no longer grinds coffee. The machine can be switched on normally, the forerun runs as usual, if I then press the operator button I want, the known forerun runs, but then at a certain point it goes to a fault and the control light of the coffee grounds container flashes for about 30 seconds and is then ready for operation again.
At the point where the grinder should switch on, the process is short, then everything runs as if it had served a cup of coffee.
Coffee from powder makes them without problems... Steam works too. But unfortunately it doesn't grind any beans.
I have descaled, start as well as first start-up, turning the knob for pre-ground coffee more times open and closed. Coffee beans emptied and much more done, but I can not fix the error.
Can I do something myself or must the fully automatic machine visit the service point?
