I have a problem with the EA9010 since today . There has been a kind of "bang" and after an "automatic maintenance" Code 6 is displayed.
Furthermore, water came out under the machine. When the machine is restarted, automatic maintenance is carried out again, the pump is running and it gives the impression that the pump is pumping
against a resistance and is leaking water somewhere. After opening, a damp underside of the water distributor appeared. During further dismantling I saw a broken silicone jacket of the pressure hose coming from the pump. At first I thought this was the reason for the leakage, but the hose still seems to be tight, despite the cracked sheath. At least when you blow in. Where did the leak come from, or why did the outer jacket of the hose burst open? Was that where the bang came from, or was it caused by some other reason? Furthermore, in the last months there was sometimes the problem that the coffee was spent relatively slowly and one also had the impression there that the pump had to fight against a high resistance. However, this was not a permanent condition and only happened from time to time. Would be nice if someone has an idea or tip before a wild exchange of parts begins... Thank you in advance!!GreetingsDennis
